New residential customers Our first visit with a Standard Clean is what other companies would call a Deep Clean, meaning we scrub every corner, nook and cranny to ensure we create a baseline that is easy to maintain in recurring visits. Our rate includes a minimum of the first 2 hours for 2 professionals. Additional time needed is half off per hour
